Customer Success Specialist

This role focuses on supporting US-based clients through calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive base salary along with performance-based commissions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls and chats from US customers, efficiently resolving their questions and concerns.
- Deliver accurate information and troubleshoot customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilize CRM systems and other support tools effectively while interacting with clients.
- Maintain clear and effective communication, demonstrating a strong American English accent to ensure clarity and understanding.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement is Matriculation or O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent are essential.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.

This full-time position offers a base salary of Rs. 100,000 with additional commissions based on sales performance. The average monthly take-home pay ranges between Rs. 130,000 and Rs. 150,000, depending on individual contribution and team results.
