Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is seeking motivated individuals for the role of International Sales & Customer Success Specialist based in Karachi. This position involves supporting US-based clients primarily through calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. The role requires working night shifts starting from 6:00 AM onwards and is located at Shahra-e-Faisal. Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality service while contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of calls and chats from US customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Deliver accurate information and troubleshoot customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by handling inquiries with care and attention.
- Utilize CRM systems and other support software to track and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and improve service quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear American accent.
- Minimum education requirement is Matric/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
