Customer Success Specialist

Protech Solution is seeking motivated and persuasive International Sales Agents to join our dynamic team working the night shift. This role involves engaging with potential clients in international markets through outbound cold calls, promoting IT services, and driving sales conversions. Candidates should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills in English, and a minimum of six months’ experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation. The position offers a competitive base salary with commission opportunities, providing an average take-home pay between PKR 130,000 and 150,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across international markets.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest in IT services.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet company criteria before transferring them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain high call volumes while consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Handle objections professionally and work towards closing deals effectively.
- Accurately record customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize conversion rates and overall revenue.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluency in English with a neutral or near-native accent.
- At least six months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Strict punctuality and adherence to night shift timings starting from 12:00 AM onwards.
- Demonstrated work ethic, respectfulness, and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on personal and professional growth.
- Ability to think quickly, adapt to changing situations, and handle rejection constructively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience using CRM tools is advantageous.
- The role offers a base salary of PKR 100,000 plus commission on sales, with average monthly earnings ranging between PKR 130,000 and 150,000.
