Customer Success Specialist

Techsol IT is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join as International Sales & Customer Success Specialists based in Karachi. This role primarily involves supporting US-based clients via calls and chats, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The position operates on a night shift starting at 6:00 AM and offers a competitive base salary complemented by commission opportunities, rewarding both effort and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of calls and chats from customers based in the US, providing prompt and effective responses.
- Accurately resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver empathetic and courteous customer service to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use CRM systems and other support tools to document and manage customer interactions effectively.

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills with a clear American accent.
- Minimum education requirement of Matric/O Levels; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

This full-time position offers a base salary of Rs. 100,000, with additional commission on sales, leading to an average monthly take-home pay between Rs. 130,000 and Rs. 150,000.
