We’re Hiring: Customer Support Representative (Female)

Company: Core Edge Solutions Location: Gulberg, Lahore — On-Site

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Job Overview Core Edge Solutions is looking for confident, motivated, and professional female candidates to join our team as Customer Support Representatives (CSRs). The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls and other communication channels.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in English.
  • Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries.
  • Maintain professional customer interactions and follow-up records.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet performance standards and maintain high-quality communication.
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and verbal fluency).
  • Confident, professional, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work the night shift.
