The Customer Supply Chain Associate plays a vital role in ensuring optimal stock availability across various sales channels and customers by effectively managing the stock allocation process during order processing. This position involves proactively reviewing demand and supply simulations, analyzing customer behavior, and collaborating with multiple market functions to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of stock shortages. The role also focuses on enhancing the business’s ability to communicate proactively with customers in case of out-of-stock situations. Additionally, the associate is responsible for the timely completion of the daily order-to-cash (O2C) cycle and identifying opportunities to improve processes for greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Distribution teams to resolve any order or delivery issues promptly.
- Track and report on customer service and O2C key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI is preferred.
