Customer Support Agent

Mindwhiz, a dynamic web development company based in Lahore, is seeking a motivated Customer Support Agent to join their growing sales team. This full-time, onsite role involves working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT). The successful candidate will engage with small and medium-sized businesses in the United States, promoting Mindwhiz’s WordPress websites, custom web applications, and e-commerce solutions. This position offers a fixed monthly salary along with an uncapped 3% commission on every closed deal, providing a strong incentive for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to US-based businesses using provided lead lists and scripts.
- Clearly and confidently present Mindwhiz’s core web development services, including WordPress sites, custom web solutions, and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budget, and project timelines.
- Professionally handle objections and maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects until deals are closed.
- Schedule discovery calls with the technical team for prospects requiring detailed consultations.
- Accurately log all calls, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly targets related to calls made, conversations held, and deals closed.
- Provide constructive feedback on sales scripts and lead quality to help improve campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1.5 years’ experience in outbound sales, specifically cold calling within a US-based sales campaign.
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation; a neutral or US accent is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of closing deals or consistently meeting sales targets.
- Confidence in engaging with business owners and resilience in handling rejection without losing motivation.
- Basic understanding of websites and digital services; prior experience selling web or IT services is an advantage.
- Ability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM consistently.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and dialer systems.
- Educational qualification of at least Intermediate level; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
