Customer Support Agent

Printonio, a 3D printing and design studio based in the Pak-Arab Housing Scheme, Lahore, operated by Pazhong Automation, specializes in creating custom parts, replacement components, prototypes, gifts, and decor for clients throughout Pakistan. We are currently seeking an on-site Customer Support Agent to join our Lahore studio. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, understanding their printing and design needs, providing accurate quotes, and converting interactions into confirmed orders. Given the technical nature of 3D printing, the ideal candidate will be comfortable learning about various materials, sizes, 3D file formats, and print times, and able to communicate these details clearly and simply to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through multiple channels including WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.
- Accurately assess each customer request by reviewing photos, measurements, and 3D files such as STL, STEP, and 3MF, while considering quantity and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with the design and print teams to prepare detailed quotes, follow up with customers, and successfully close sales.
- Confirm orders and payments, maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the production and delivery process.
- Maintain organized records of all customer inquiries and subsequent follow-ups to ensure seamless service.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu, with confidence in handling customer calls.
- Proficient English typing skills, capable of delivering fast, clear, and accurate written responses.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts related to 3D printing and explain them in simple terms to customers.
- Demonstrated politeness, patience, and persistence in customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in customer support or sales is advantageous. An interest in 3D printing or technology is also beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The position offers a base salary of PKR 25,000 per month, along with commission incentives for every deal closed.
- Working hours are from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, including a one-hour break.
- This is an on-site role located at Plaza 7, Block C, Pak-Arab Housing Scheme, Lahore.
