Customer Support Executive (CSR)

We are looking for a dedicated International Sales and Support Agent to join our team for the night shift at our Shahra-e-Faisal location. This full-time position begins at midnight and offers a competitive base salary of PKR 75,000, with additional commission opportunities that typically raise total monthly earnings to between PKR 90,000 and PKR 100,000. The ideal candidate will possess strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, target-driven mindset focused on both sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential international clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Respond positively to customer feedback and handle rejection with resilience and a constructive attitude.
- Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality, strictly adhering to the midnight shift schedule.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English with a neutral or near-native accent.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in cold calling within sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to working the night shift starting at midnight.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism and respect.
- Target-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and achieving sales goals.
- Quick thinker capable of adapting to changing situations and effectively handling rejection.
