Customer Support Executive (CSR)

We are looking for a dedicated International Sales and Support Agent to join our team for the night shift at our Shahra-e-Faisal location. This role focuses on engaging with international clients primarily through cold calling to generate leads and drive sales. The position offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, resulting in an average monthly take-home pay between PKR 90,000 and 100,000. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong commitment to achieving targets while working the night shift starting at midnight.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective international clients to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations, handle rejection professionally, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of English with a neutral or near-native accent to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Minimum of six months’ experience in cold calling within sales or lead generation environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Reliable and punctual with a strict commitment to the night shift starting at 12:00 AM.
- High level of professionalism, respect, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Target-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement and achieving results.
- Ability to think quickly, stay resilient under pressure, and handle rejection constructively.
