Customer Support Executive - Real Estate

Al Ghafoor Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Agent to join their team in North Nazimabad / North Karachi, Karachi. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 30,000 to 45,000 plus commission. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and providing detailed information about real estate projects and payment plans. This role requires confidence in customer communication and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers and leads.
- Explain real estate projects, payment plans, and available options clearly to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update the status of leads accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer inquiries and site visits.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned call and follow-up targets consistently.
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service at all times.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in call center operations, telesales, customer service, or real estate is mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Urdu.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- The position offers a full-time schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, with Friday as the weekly off.
