Customer Support Executive (SEO)

We are a growing digital marketing company based in Johar Town, Lahore, seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive specializing in SEO to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our SEO clients, ensuring their satisfaction and keeping them informed about their campaign progress. You will also have the opportunity to introduce clients to our broader range of digital marketing services, helping to grow their accounts and strengthen long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SEO clients, acting as their main liaison.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide regular updates on SEO campaign progress, explaining results and reports in clear, simple terms.
- Identify client needs and proactively upsell additional services such as web development, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content writing.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with SEO and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of client requests.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, renewals, and sales within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets related to upselling and client retention.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, account management, or client servicing; experience with SEO or digital marketing clients is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell or cross-sell services effectively.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing services.
- Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using email, CRM tools, and Google Workspace applications.
