Customer Support & Front Desk Person

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Support and Front Desk professional to join two expanding wellness businesses specializing in chiropractic care and aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP. This role involves managing client communications, converting leads into appointments, and supporting daily front desk operations to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. The position is onsite in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, with a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with existing and previous leads from both wellness businesses to nurture client relationships.
- Send promotional emails to current and past leads to inform them about services and offers.
- Make outbound calls aimed at converting leads into confirmed appointments.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via Meta platforms, phone calls, and email.
- Maintain consistent and courteous communication with both potential and existing clients.
- Submit a daily activity report summarizing calls made, appointments booked, and follow-ups completed.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally on calls and emails.
- Strong follow-up and appointment-setting abilities to effectively convert leads.
- Customer-focused mindset with the capability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to work the specified night shift hours.
- Reliable commute or plans to relocate to Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in customer support, front desk operations, appointment setting, or call center roles is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or front desk environments is advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000.
