Customer Support intern

VC Filing is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our team on-site in Model Town. This full-time role involves assisting Pakistan-based clients who are interested in forming LLCs in the USA. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer support experience, though freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply. The position requires handling client inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver clear and accurate information regarding LLC formation services in the USA.
- Assist clients by addressing basic queries, explaining service details, and guiding them through the process steps.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and communicating in a friendly manner.
- Accurately record client information, call notes, and follow-up actions in the company system.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets as set by management.
- Adhere to company scripts and communication protocols to ensure consistent service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of business concepts or LLC filing is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
