Customer Support Representative – Client Feedback

We are seeking a client-focused professional to engage with clients following their meetings with the Sales Team. The role involves gathering valuable feedback on their experience, assessing satisfaction levels, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects positively on the company. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and communicate client concerns effectively while maintaining detailed records and preparing insightful reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients after their meetings with the Sales Team to collect feedback regarding their overall experience.
- Evaluate client satisfaction, including the behavior of sales staff, communication quality, and the general meeting atmosphere.
- Identify any client concerns or complaints and promptly report them to the appropriate management personnel.
- Maintain accurate daily records of client feedback and compile comprehensive feedback reports.
- Ensure that every client interaction is positive, professional, and welcoming, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellent service.

Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with clients.
- Highly presentable, well-groomed, and professionally dressed to represent the company’s image.
- Confident, outgoing, and approachable personality, capable of engaging clients with ease.
- Strong skills in client interaction and relationship building, fostering trust and rapport.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client relations is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with client-facing roles.
