Customer Support Representative (Dispatch Operations) – Night Shift (Onsite)

Yuni Rides, a trusted mobility partner dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services for children and families across the United States, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Coordinator to join their Operations Team in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. This onsite position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,000 to 50,000 per month, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily transportation operations, ensuring students are transported safely and punctually, while maintaining clear and professional communication with drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily transportation operations and scheduled trips in real time to ensure routes are properly assigned and completed. Track driver activity and provide continuous support throughout the service day. Coordinate trip modifications, route adjustments, and driver reassignments as needed to maintain service reliability. Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, schools, parents, and internal stakeholders, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries. Provide timely updates on transportation schedules and operational changes. Handle service-related concerns and assist with issue resolution, always maintaining a customer-first approach. Support new driver onboarding by guiding them through documentation and compliance requirements, and follow up on outstanding onboarding items. Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation, ensuring internal systems are updated with precision. Monitor service metrics, escalate operational issues when necessary, and collaborate with teams to improve workflows and service quality. Participate in process improvement initiatives and support operational excellence programs.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Dispatch Operations, Logistics, Transportation Coordination, or related fields. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. The role requires the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. A professional attitude combined with a solution-oriented mindset is important. Comfort with technology, software platforms, and operational systems is necessary. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is expected.
