Customer Support Representative ( Female)

Core Edge Solution is seeking a motivated and confident female Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join their team at the Gulberg, Lahore office. This on-site position requires working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally, providing effective solutions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to understand their needs.
- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and calls.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure resolution.
