Customer Support Representative (For US Client)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team supporting a US-based client. This role requires excellent English communication skills and is ideal for fresh candidates eager to start their career. The position is onsite with a fixed night shift schedule from 9 PM to 6 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to incoming calls related to appointments, inquiries, and support services for clinics.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience and resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates with O-A levels, intermediate, graduation, or undergraduate education are encouraged to apply.
