Customer Support Representative (For US Client)

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team supporting a US-based client. This role requires excellent English communication skills and is ideal for fresh candidates looking to start their careers. The position is onsite with night shift hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, based in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 12. Candidates must reside in Gulistan-e-Johar Mosamyat or Gulshan-e-Iqbal areas, as remote or hybrid work options are not available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to inbound calls related to appointments, inquiries, and support services for clinics.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Handle customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience and resolution of issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Candidates with O-A levels, intermediate, graduation, or undergraduate education are encouraged to apply.
- Strong fluency in English communication is essential.
- Fresh candidates are welcome, with no prior experience required.
- Must be a resident of Gulistan-e-Johar Mosamyat or Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts only (9 PM to 6 AM).
- No hybrid or work-from-home arrangements will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
