Customer Support Representative

Maxim Global is seeking motivated and energetic Cold Callers to join our expanding sales team based in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position operates during the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective international clients, presenting our services, and generating high-quality leads. Strong English communication skills, experience in telemarketing or sales, and a passion for achieving targets with uncapped commission potential are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential business prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Confidently pitch company products and services while identifying client pain points.
- Establish initial rapport, manage objections, and follow up effectively with leads.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with team leaders to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Inside Sales Representative, preferably with exposure to international campaigns such as US or UK markets.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills, active listening abilities, and strong persuasion techniques.
- Confident, resilient, and highly target-driven with effective negotiation skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site during the specified evening shift in DHA Phase 1, Lahore.
