Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team full-time at our Mughalpura, Lahore location. This on-site role operates during the morning shift and is ideal for candidates with at least one year of relevant experience. The position involves direct interaction with customers through various communication channels and requires a proactive approach to managing orders and customer inquiries. The salary range is competitive, with a fixed monthly pay between PKR 50,000 and PKR 100,000, plus commission opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support primarily via WhatsApp, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Confirm customer orders accurately and maintain detailed records of transactions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and order completion.
- Assist the packing team as needed to facilitate smooth order processing and dispatch.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a customer support or related role.
- Intermediate educational qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written correspondence through digital platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
