Customer Support Representatives

Milele Prime, a leading CFD brokerage serving clients across MENA, South Asia, and Africa, is seeking Customer Support Representatives to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic financial services environment. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
You will handle inbound and outbound client calls as your primary communication channel. Additionally, you will respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, website live chat, and the online contact form. Your duties will include guiding clients through account opening, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and platform access. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MT5 login and platform functionality, escalating technical and payment faults with detailed case notes when necessary. It is essential to follow up on every open case until it is fully resolved, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree. Experience ranging from fresh graduates to those with up to two years in customer support, call centers, BPO, or client services is acceptable. Strong spoken English with a near-native level and a neutral accent is required, along with excellent written English skills. Confidence in handling live calls and the ability to switch comfortably between voice and written communication channels is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems, email, and live chat tools is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with a background in Forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services will be given preference. Familiarity with MT4 or MT5 trading platforms and exposure to KYC or AML processes is advantageous.

This position involves working rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 support roster, including night shifts. Day shifts will be based in the Lahore office, while night shifts are remote, requiring a quiet work environment, stable internet connection, and a UPS or inverter capable of supporting a full shift. The roster rotates between day and night shifts.

The salary range for this role is PKR 70,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Immediate availability to join is highly preferred, with priority given to candidates who can start on short notice.
