Key Responsibilities
- Call new leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Contact leads via phone calls and WhatsApp, ensuring consistent and clear communication.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and follow-ups for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Contribute to improving lead conversion through persistent and effective communication strategies.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a natural UK-style accent is essential to effectively engage with clients.
- Must have a personal, working UK phone number (+44) to make outbound calls; this is a mandatory requirement.
- Confidence and experience in making outbound calls, with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to handle enquiries professionally.
- Reliable internet connection and immediate availability to start working remotely.
