Eminent4U is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing team in Karachi!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, addressing concerns, enhancing customer satisfaction, and reducing customer churn through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
💼 Job Details
📍 Location: P.E.C.H.S., Block 6, Karachi
💰 Salary: Up to PKR 150,000 per month
🕐 Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
📋 Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-site
🎯 Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer support, customer retention, or a related field
