Qualifications

Prior experience in the communication/customer support industry

Required Skills

Strong command of English, especially written communication
Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
Comfortable working onsite at Tariq Rd, Karachi
Willingness to work rotational Evening/Night shifts — flexibility to adjust as needed
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
