Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to join an established UK-based international campaign located in Rawalpindi, near Murree Road Metro Station. This role involves working five days a week with rotational or night shifts aligned with UK business hours. The ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, a clear and professional accent, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers with professionalism and clarity.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective and confident communication.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while addressing customer queries.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational background ranging from Matriculation to Bachelor’s degree; however, candidates with exceptional English communication skills and a clear accent will be given preference regardless of formal education level.
- Excellent English speaking and listening skills with a clear and professional accent.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in international or UK-based call center campaigns is highly desirable.
- Priority will be given to candidates demonstrating fluent English, a clear accent, strong communication skills, and prior experience in UK or international campaigns.
- Basic salary of PKR 65,000 with performance bonuses up to PKR 40,000, offering a total earning potential of up to PKR 110,000 per month.
