Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to join an established UK-based international campaign located near Murree Road Metro Station in Rawalpindi. This role involves working five days a week with rotational shifts, including night and morning schedules. The ideal candidates will possess strong English communication skills, particularly with a clear UK/British accent, and demonstrate professionalism and confidence in handling customer interactions. This opportunity is open exclusively to male candidates who are eager to contribute to a dynamic customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers efficiently and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, helpful assistance.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear and effective communication.
- Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor while addressing customer queries.

Required Qualifications:
- Clear, fluent, and professional English listening and speaking skills with a UK/British accent.
- Educational qualifications ranging from Matric to Bachelor’s degree are acceptable, provided the candidate has strong English communication skills.
- Excellent English communication and listening abilities are essential.
- Strong confidence and professional communication skills.
- Previous experience in UK or international campaigns or call centers is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of UK geography, including areas, cities, regions, and postcodes, is advantageous.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate fluent English with a clear UK/British accent, possess strong communication and listening skills, and have prior experience in UK or international campaigns. Familiarity with UK areas and postcodes will also be considered a significant advantage.

The position offers a competitive salary with total earning potential ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000 per month.
