Customer Support Specialists/ Fresh Grads Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in recruitment activities focused on the US market.

- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.

- Continuously improve knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends through training and coaching.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate or experience in Customer Support/CSR roles.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills to assess candidate suitability.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Fresh A-Level graduates or current bachelor’s students are preferred but not mandatory.

The position is based at Shahrah-e-Faisal, P.E.C.H.S. Block-6, Karachi. Work hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT, Monday through Friday. This is an in-person role with a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
