Customer Support (Taxi/Limo dispatcher)

Located in DHA Rahbar Phase 1, Lahore, Grey Solutions provides dispatch and customer support services for limousine, black car, and chauffeur companies across the United States. We manage phone lines, bookings, and driver coordination to ensure premium transportation services operate smoothly 24/7 in major cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Boston, and Miami. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor booking platforms and accept incoming ride requests in real time.
- Create and manage reservations using professional dispatch software.
- Plan and assign rides to chauffeurs, optimizing schedules and routes for efficiency.
- Track drivers, flights, and pickups live, proactively resolving issues before clients are affected.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to provide quotes, confirm bookings, handle changes, and offer support.
- Ensure smooth shift transitions by providing clear and detailed handovers to team members.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
- Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers and quick to learn new software applications.
- Reliable and punctual, with availability for rotating shifts including nights.
- Detail-oriented, understanding that accuracy in timing and addresses is critical in dispatch operations.
