Customer Support Training Specialist

Mars BPO is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, training, and developing call center agents to build a high-performing customer support team. This position requires a motivated and confident individual who can effectively lead and inspire team members while ensuring they meet performance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to new and existing call center agents.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve their communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous development.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Motivate and engage agents to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
- Analyze training outcomes and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO or call center training roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and instructions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in motivating teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address challenges effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced call center environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to work the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
