Customers Sales Representative – SEO Outbound Campaign (Night Shift)

We are looking for energetic and confident Call Center Agents to join our outbound campaign team focused on SEO and Digital Marketing. In this role, you will reach out to potential business clients, explain our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads to support the sales process. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Clearly and persuasively present SEO and digital marketing services tailored to client needs.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate marketing solutions.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs and CRM records to ensure data integrity.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets to contribute to team goals.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in outbound sales or digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or online marketing concepts.
- Fluency in English, with strong spoken and written abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to stay focused on goals.
- Professional handling of rejection and resilience in a sales environment.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lahore, requiring availability for night shifts. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite and engaging with international clients or leads, particularly from markets such as the US, UK, and UAE. The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs70,000, depending on experience and performance.
