Customs Clearance Associate

Shark Innovation Labs is looking for a knowledgeable Customs Clearance Associate to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics, with a strong grasp of customs procedures and documentation related to air and sea cargo clearance. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex customs regulations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customs clearance operations for air, sea, and land shipments, ensuring timely processing.
- Prepare and submit accurate import and export declarations using customs systems.
- Classify goods correctly by applying appropriate HS Codes and maintain compliance with all relevant customs regulations.
- Verify and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in customs clearance, ideally within the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
- Prior experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency with the Dubai Trade Portal and its functionalities is essential for this role.

Soft Skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
