We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Officer to join the IEL / Tezi team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our investors, guiding them through processes such as account opening, funding, trading, and other related activities. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide efficient and empathetic customer service in a dynamic financial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp channels.
- Support digital onboarding processes including KYC verification, OTP confirmation, and account activation.
- Assist customers with Raast-based funding and resolve payment reflection issues.
- Provide first-level guidance on order placement, portfolio management, profit and loss (P&L) queries, and withdrawal procedures.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining detailed case notes and tracking follow-up status.
- Promptly escalate any fraud, phishing, or security concerns to the appropriate teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within brokerage, banking, or fintech sectors.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
