The role focuses on analyzing cyber attack patterns, developing incident response strategies, ensuring audit readiness, and implementing disaster recovery plans. The objective is to maintain strict adherence to cybersecurity regulatory frameworks while minimizing business disruption and enhancing overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and Incident Detection: Analyze attack trends and correlate logs from multiple systems to identify advanced threats. Continuously improve monitoring processes to enable faster threat detection and ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and regulatory standards.

- Incident Handling and Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of security incidents, develop comprehensive incident response plans, and implement disaster recovery measures to reduce the impact on business operations.

- Threat Assessment and Analytics: Perform forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools to identify vulnerabilities and threats. Develop and apply mitigation strategies that align with compliance requirements.

- Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and auditors to maintain compliance with security frameworks. Manage and maintain accurate audit documentation, supporting audit readiness and ongoing compliance efforts.

- Training and Awareness: Support the creation and delivery of cybersecurity awareness programs, focusing on educating employees about phishing, malicious emails, and other common cyber threats.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in Security Incident Response, with a strong understanding of cyber threat detection and mitigation.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity roles.
- Ability to analyze complex attack patterns and develop effective incident response and disaster recovery plans.
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks and ensuring audit readiness.
- Strong skills in forensic analysis and threat assessment using advanced analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
