We are seeking a qualified Cyber Security professional to join our academic team as an instructor. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security and possess a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field. This role involves delivering engaging lectures, facilitating discussions, and conducting hands-on lab sessions to equip students with the skills necessary to address modern cyber threats. The position requires a commitment to staying current with industry trends and continuously enhancing the curriculum to reflect the evolving landscape of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and lead classroom discussions on topics such as network security, cryptography, digital forensics, and ethical hacking.
- Conduct practical lab exercises that provide students with real-world experience using relevant cybersecurity tools and techniques.
- Design, develop, and update course syllabi, assignments, and hands-on toolkits to ensure alignment with current cyber threats and industry best practices.
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students by guiding their capstone projects, theses, research initiatives, and career development efforts.
- For professor-track candidates, engage in academic or applied research, contribute to peer-reviewed publications, and participate in industry conferences to advance knowledge in the field.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency in security protocols such as SSL/TLS and IPSec.
- Experience with risk assessments, penetration testing, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Familiarity with foundational cybersecurity standards and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or SANS certifications are highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic, in-person academic environment from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 1 PM to 9 PM.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 80,000.
