Cyber Security Instructor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Cyber Security Instructor to join our IT Training Institute. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cyber security principles and demonstrate the ability to effectively teach students through hands-on training and practical, real-world examples. This role requires a passion for educating others and staying current with the latest developments in the cyber security field.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach core cyber security concepts including ethical hacking and penetration testing.
- Deliver practical training sessions on network security, vulnerability assessment, and the use of various security tools.
- Guide students through lab exercises, projects, and hands-on assignments to reinforce learning.
- Develop and prepare course materials, presentations, and assessments tailored to student needs.
- Evaluate student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging cyber security trends and technologies to ensure course content remains relevant.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in cyber security or teaching in a related field.
- Strong expertise in ethical hacking, network security, and penetration testing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Professional certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator), Security+, or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
