Cyber Security Manager

LMKR is undergoing a significant technological transformation and is seeking a visionary Cybersecurity Manager to lead its security evolution. This role will be pivotal in advancing our IT infrastructure into a highly secure, SaaS-driven environment. You will manage global internal security operations, coordinating with distributed technical teams across multiple regions. Your focus will be on continuously assessing, enhancing, and managing a proactive defense strategy based on a zero-trust, mobile-first, cloud-first, and AI-first framework. This includes securely integrating agentic AI technologies while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Security Transformation & Modernization
Lead the strategic migration from legacy on-premises security controls to a modern cloud-native SaaS architecture. Implement a comprehensive Zero-Trust Architecture designed for a mobile, globally distributed workforce. Promote a "security by design" culture by embedding security into cloud-first and mobile-first initiatives.

AI & Hybrid-Cloud Security
Establish and enforce security guardrails across hybrid-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises edge locations. Enable operational security controls for advanced agentic AI systems, ensuring data privacy, model integrity, and protection against AI-specific threats. Develop AI-native security controls that leverage machine learning to automate threat detection and response.

Global Security Operations (SecOps)
Oversee continuous internal security operations, including threat hunting and incident response across all LMKR global offices. Manage cloud-native XDR and SIEM/SOAR platforms for endpoint, network, and cloud detection and response. Serve as the primary security liaison for distributed technical and engineering teams, maintaining consistent security standards worldwide. Lead incident response efforts, including investigations and remediation of security incidents affecting systems and applications.

Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC)
Drive and maintain compliance certifications with a focus on ISO 27001 readiness and auditing, moving towards automated continuous compliance. Conduct regular risk assessments and vendor security evaluations for new SaaS platforms, alongside internal audits. Develop and enforce information security policies that align with modern technology without hindering business agility.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or architectural role overseeing security operations in a large enterprise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience leading legacy-to-cloud security transformations and implementing Zero-Trust frameworks.
- Deep expertise in hybrid-cloud security architectures and familiarity with adversarial machine learning, model robustness, and auditing.
- Strong knowledge of modern SaaS security platforms such as XDR, SIEM, IAM, SASE, CSPM, EASM, and CNAPP.
- Hands-on experience achieving and maintaining ISO 27001 certification.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering collaboration across global teams.
- Certifications required for candidates without a cybersecurity educational background: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or Data Science.
- Additional certifications such as GIAC Machine Learning Engineer (MLE), OffSec AI Red Teamer (OSAI), and Claude Certified Architect (CCA) are highly desirable.
