Cybersecurity & Full Stack Web Developer (WordPress, Laravel, React & CRM)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

We currently manage 20+ websites, including large-scale WordPress websites with over 2,000 pages, custom-developed applications and CRM systems.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of cybersecurity, be confident managing servers through SSH, and have hands-on experience developing, maintaining, troubleshooting and securing web applications.

We need someone who can independently handle technical issues, identify security vulnerabilities, manage hosting infrastructure and work with modern development frameworks.

• Investigate and resolve hacked websites, malware infections and security breaches.
• Identify vulnerabilities, backdoors, malicious scripts and unauthorized access.
• Implement security measures to prevent future attacks.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, Cloudflare, SSL certificates and other security tools.
• Monitor suspicious activities, server logs and potential security threats.
• Secure databases, APIs, authentication systems and web applications.

• Confidently manage Linux servers using SSH and command-line tools.
• Handle server configurations, permissions, processes, services and scheduled tasks.
• Troubleshoot server errors, performance issues and security incidents.
• Manage hosting environments, including cPanel, WHM, VPS and dedicated servers.
• Configure and maintain backups, server updates and access controls.
• Understand web server technologies such as Apache and Nginx.
• Apply server hardening and secure SSH access practices.

• Manage, maintain and troubleshoot existing CRM systems.
• Understand CRM architecture, databases, APIs and third-party integrations.
• Identify and resolve CRM functionality, security and performance issues.
• Develop and modify CRM features according to business requirements.
• Maintain secure data handling, user roles and access permissions.
• Work with custom-built PHP and Laravel-based CRM platforms.

• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot Laravel-based applications.
• Work with React.js for frontend development and integration.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Debug existing code and resolve application-level issues.
• Work confidently with PHP, JavaScript and MySQL.
• Optimize application performance, security and scalability.
• Understand Git-based version control and deployment workflows.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, web development, server administration or closely related technical roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and website security.
• Advanced working knowledge of Linux and SSH.
• Hands-on experience with Laravel, React.js, PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
• Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and security.
• Experience managing hosting servers, VPS, cPanel or WHM.
• Ability to investigate server logs, security incidents and application vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of API security, authentication, database security and access management.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience managing multiple production websites and applications.
• Experience recovering compromised websites and servers.
• Experience with custom CRM development or integrations.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare, WAF, Fail2ban and security monitoring tools.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and secure deployments.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.
• Relevant cybersecurity or Linux administration certifications.

The candidate must be capable of investigating issues independently, working directly with servers through SSH, understanding existing codebases and applying long-term fixes.
