DAE Chemical Engineer - Production

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DAE Chemical Engineer to join our Production team. Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day production activities and shopfloor operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in monitoring production targets and daily output to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
- Help monitor production processes and identify any operational issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and other relevant departments as necessary.
- Ensure all production activities comply with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support quality checks and promptly report any process deviations to the concerned teams.
- Maintain basic production records and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and productivity enhancement activities.
- Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and workplace compliance standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of chemical processes, production operations, and quality concepts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing or shopfloor environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
