DAE Mechanical Engineer - Production

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DAE Mechanical Engineer to join our Production team. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, production operations, machine handling, and shopfloor processes. Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day production activities and shopfloor operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in monitoring production targets and daily output to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to maintain efficient processes.
- Monitor machine and equipment performance, promptly reporting any issues to the relevant teams.
- Help identify production delays, equipment breakdowns, and other operational challenges.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, and other departments as needed to facilitate seamless production.
- Ensure all production activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain basic production records and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in learning and supporting process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing or shopfloor environment.
