We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DAE Mechanical Engineer to join our Production team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, production operations, machine handling, and shopfloor processes. Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities and shopfloor operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in monitoring production targets and daily output to help meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production teams to maintain smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor machine and equipment performance, promptly reporting any issues to the relevant teams.
- Help identify production delays, breakdowns, and operational challenges to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with departments such as Maintenance, Quality, PPC, and Stores to facilitate seamless production processes.
- Ensure all production activities comply with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain basic production records and prepare reports as required.
- Participate in learning and supporting process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
