Daily Audit Associate

The Daily Audit Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. This role involves conducting daily financial and operational audits across retail and convenience store locations. The associate will review transaction data, reconcile cash and inventory records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role requires preparing and analyzing financial statements and audit reports, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues to management when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits of financial transactions and operational activities at retail locations.
- Reconcile cash, inventory, and sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports to detect inconsistencies or irregularities.
- Collaborate with store personnel and management to maintain accurate record-keeping.
- Support loss prevention initiatives by identifying potential risks and control weaknesses.
- Escalate audit findings and discrepancies to management promptly for resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in financial controls and auditing processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in finance with the ability to interpret and work with financial statements.
- Experience in auditing, including financial audits and compliance reviews.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to identify trends, discrepancies, and process gaps.
- High attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with auditing or reporting tools.
- Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
