Data & AI Product Manager

Devoric is seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap development, and delivery of innovative data and AI solutions. This full-time remote role requires a professional who can effectively translate business needs into scalable, high-impact products by combining strong product management expertise with technical knowledge. The position operates on a schedule from 6 PM to 3 AM, and compensation will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, setting clear priorities aligned with business goals.
- Manage product backlogs, detailed requirements, and acceptance criteria to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop and launch data and AI products.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, data quality, and overall business value to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage and align stakeholders across various business units to ensure product objectives meet organizational needs.
- Support product governance, encourage user adoption, and foster ongoing enhancements.
- Present product updates, progress, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product management or product ownership, ideally focused on data, analytics, or AI products.
- Proficient in SQL, modern data platforms, data modeling, and maintaining data quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and roadmap planning.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, clear communication, and effective decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business-related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Databricks, generative AI technologies, or governed data platforms is highly desirable.
