Data Analyst (E-commerce)

Sunday Bazar is seeking a skilled Data Analyst with a strong background in E-commerce to join their team in Model Colony, Malir, Karachi. This full-time position requires a professional who is passionate about analyzing complex business data and transforming it into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. The role involves working closely with various departments to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and uncover growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and comprehensive business reports.
- Analyze data across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Inventory, Operations, and Customer segments.
- Monitor product performance, including best-selling, slow-moving, and unique items.
- Track KPIs to identify trends, business gaps, and potential growth areas.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and customer purchasing behaviors.
- Conduct forecasting and trend analysis to support business planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst within an E-commerce company.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience in building dashboards and visual reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and investigative approach to data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Shopify or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Solid understanding of E-commerce KPIs, including sales, inventory, finance, and marketing metrics.

The successful candidate will be someone who goes beyond simply generating reports, asking the critical question “why” behind the numbers, and turning data into meaningful business decisions. This role requires a commitment to working on-site in Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Additional Requirements
- Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to Karachi before starting work.
- Comfortable working in the Model Colony, Malir area.
- Fluency in English is required.
