Data Analyst (Entry to Mid Level)

Located in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, this full-time Junior Data Analyst position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with at least one year of experience to apply their skills in SQL, Power BI, and Python. The role requires working hours from 3 PM to 12 AM and focuses on analyzing datasets, generating actionable insights, and creating reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to efficiently extract, filter, and manipulate data.
- Develop interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, preprocessing, and automating routine tasks to improve efficiency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies within datasets to provide meaningful insights.
- Prepare regular reports and effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity across reporting systems to support reliable business intelligence.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and Python, with hands-on experience in writing queries and developing dashboards.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of data visualization techniques, data cleaning methods, and basic statistical concepts.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and data models is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Excel and advanced data reporting techniques will be an advantage.
