The Data Analyst position at Chase Plus is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels across warehouses and stores, planning stock requirements based on sales trends and business demands, and assessing distribution and warehousing operations to enhance overall efficiency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring optimal stock management and supporting the company’s supply chain performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze store-wise sales and inventory performance to identify slow-moving, fast-moving, and out-of-stock items.
- Coordinate with Buyers, warehouse teams, and store staff to ensure effective stock planning, timely replenishment, and smooth stock movement.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and plan stock requirements based on sales trends and business needs.
- Evaluate distribution and warehousing operations to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Prepare actionable reports and dashboards for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve stock allocation, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in statistics and data modeling to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Effective communication skills to clearly present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with spreadsheet tools and data visualization software such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with databases and query languages like SQL is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
