We are looking for a mid-level Data Analyst with a strong finance background and practical experience in Power BI and SAP to enhance our financial reporting and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will support business decision-making by developing insightful reports and dashboards, extracting and validating financial data, and collaborating closely with finance and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide clear and actionable financial insights.
- Extract, analyze, and validate financial data from SAP and other relevant sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform comprehensive financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Utilize DAX, Power Query, and Excel to automate reporting processes and improve data quality.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with Finance and cross-functional teams to fulfill reporting requirements and enhance data-driven processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, including proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of SAP, with a preference for experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting processes, and variance analysis techniques.
- Advanced skills in Excel; familiarity with SQL is considered an advantage.
