We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights that support informed business decisions. This role demands strong technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to maintain data quality and reliability.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to clearly communicate analytical findings.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all stages of data processing.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is an advantage.
