Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data professional with a strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree or equivalent 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized national or foreign university. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in both public and private sectors, demonstrating expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. The successful candidate will be proficient in Python or R for data analysis and automation, with a solid understanding of data modeling, reporting, and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, are essential to effectively translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with machine learning fundamentals, forecasting models, and familiarity with cloud data platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is highly desirable. Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks will also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and databases to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to visualize complex datasets clearly and effectively.
- Utilize Python or R to automate data processing tasks, perform statistical analysis, and develop predictive models.
- Design and implement data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Apply machine learning techniques and forecasting models to enhance data-driven predictions and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain data security standards in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree or 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Technology, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- At least five years of verifiable post-qualification experience in relevant roles within public or private sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R focused on data analysis and automation.
- Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, reporting techniques, and ETL concepts.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
