Data Analyst (Reporting)

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to gather data from various systems, consolidate it, and generate accurate, easy-to-understand reports for management. The ideal candidate will have strong advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extract data and reports from multiple platforms such as ERP, CRM, HR, finance, and other software systems.
- Cleanse, validate, and organize data to maintain high accuracy standards.
- Combine and consolidate reports from different sources into comprehensive, unified reports.
- Develop new reports, dashboards, and summaries tailored for management needs.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports within deadlines.
- Identify and report data errors, inconsistencies, and emerging trends.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, macros, or Power Query to improve efficiency.
- Maintain thorough documentation of report formats, data sources, and processes.
- Respond promptly to ad hoc data requests from various teams across the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, IF/SUMIFS/COUNTIFS functions, data validation, and chart creation.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data effectively.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.

Additional Information:
- Location: DHA - 1, Islamabad
- Working hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (night shift)
- Work arrangement: On-site
